Set up a profile that earns trust: photo, tagline, skills, experience, reviews and verification badges.

Your profile

Edit your profile in the dashboard: photo or company logo, name, a short tagline, about text, skills, experience and education. Your public profile is what buyers, clients and employers see when they open your services, bids or applications.

Tips

Use a real photo or logo and a tagline that says what you do and for whom.
Show examples of your work in your services and CV.

Reviews and ratings

Buyers can rate a completed service order from 1 to 5 stars and leave a review. Your average rating and reviews appear on your profile and services. Deliver on time and communicate clearly; it is the most reliable way to collect good reviews.

Verification and badges

Verified accounts get a verification badge next to their name. Some accounts also get badges such as Founding member or Founding partner for early users of the platform. Badges help others trust you before you have many reviews.
