£28,000 – £35,000 + Bonus
A well-established and growing lettings business in Edinburgh is looking for a Property Manager to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with property experience looking to manage their own portfolio and develop long-term within a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties
- Act as main contact for landlords and tenants
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs
- Carry out property inspections
- Ensure compliance and legal standards are met
