Head of Early Years – International School, Dibba Fujairah – August 2026 Start

We are seeking an inspiring and visionary Head of EYFS to lead the Early Years Foundation Stage at a prestigious international school in the United Arab Emirates.

The ideal candidate

• Degree in Early Childhood Education (Master’s preferred)
• Proven track record in leading KG or Early Childhood departments, with strong knowledge of the American Curriculum and best practices
• Minimum of 5 years’ teaching experience in Early Years, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Experience working in international or multicultural school settings, with the ability to engage families and staff from diverse backgrounds.
• Skilled in guiding and empowering a diverse team of educators, while building strong partnerships with families and the wider school community

Salary: AED 16,000 – 17,000 tax-free per month
